When?
The Maldives is known for epic waves all year round, but there are 3 different seasons to be consider.
Shoulder Season
(March - April) (October - November).
You can still find good swells reaching the islands, but they are slightly smaller than during the high season. This provides a great opportunity to enjoy more user-friendly waves with less crowds.
Low Season
(December - February).
Small fun days are more common, but you can still surf in incredible conditions. Amazing weather and crowds are practically non-existent.
Something hard to find anywhere else in the world.
High Season
(May - September).
It's the prime season for the Maldives, and with the arrival of the year's biggest swells, it's time to embrace the challenge and test your limits to catch the wave of your life.
